Packaging and packaging waste: three consultations launched by the European Commission

On 14 August 2026, the European Commission launched consultations on two implementing acts and one delegated act under Article 7 of Regulation (EU) 2025/40 on packaging and packaging waste. The consultations are open until 16 September 2026.
