For its 23rd edition, the Fragrances & Cosmetics Congress, organized under the auspices of Cosmetic Valley, will be held in Chartres (and digitally) on November 19 and 20, 2025. On the agenda: the hottest regulatory issues of the moment.
As usual, the Congress will take the form of two days of conferences, given in French and simultaneously translated into English. The program includes numerous breaks for networking, including the traditional Chartres Métropole evening event at the end of the first day.
