For the second year running, Le Figaro and the Institut de la Qualité, a subsidiary of Burda Media, have published their list of the best franchises in France. Among the many brands featured, two in the cosmetics sector have earned a place in the overall ranking.
To compile these rankings, Le Figaro and the Institut de la Qualité collected 200,000 customer opinions from 500 different brands (across all sectors). Respondents answered the following questions:
• Does the brand offer good service?
• Does it offer very good value for money?
• Does it adopt an ecological approach to its business?
“Aggregating the three scores given to each network on these three aspects enables us to calculate the overall customer satisfaction score for the different chains. Those that score higher than the weighted average for the sector to which they belong are given a ‘top’ rating. As such, they alone feature in this list of the best franchises,” explains Le Figaro.
Overall ranking
Yves Rocher (#2) and Nocibé (#18) are among the 50 brands preferred by the French (all categories combined). Both companies also feature in the top for best customer service (#17 for Yves Rocher, #18 for Nocibé).
