Reminder: application of S.I. 2023/764 in Great BritainSubscribers only

This is the final provision of Statutory Instrument 2023 No. 764, entitled The Cosmetic Products (Restriction of Chemical Substances) Regulations 2023, which comes into force on 6 July 2026. It imposes restrictions on the use of methyl-n-methylanthranilate, a fragrance ingredient.

The U.S. FDA adds a filter to its Sunscreen MonographSubscribers only
