CosmeticOBS: Paris Packaging Week 2026 is introducing several new areas, including the Refill & Reuse Zone in partnership with New ERA. How do these spaces respond to regulatory challenges and brand expectations as the PPWR approaches?
Noura Moussa: Since its inception, Paris Packaging Week has been built around a clear objective: to anticipate major changes in the industry and offer packaging professionals a platform where they can understand, share, and co-develop responses to the challenges that lie ahead. And PPWR represents a major turning point for the entire value chain.
The new Refill & Reuse Zone is one of the highlights of the 2026 edition. It directly responds to the requirements of the PPWR by highlighting reuse and refill solutions, two essential pillars of future circular consumption models. With this new zone, designed in partnership with the New European Reuse Alliance (New ERA), the show places sustainable packaging at the heart of the visitor experience. This must-see space showcases the innovative solutions that will set tomorrow’s standards: elegant refill systems, premium reusable containers, circular materials, and more.
