Cream-powder blushes

The blush craze continues with these versatile blushes featuring a hybrid texture (half-cream, half-powder) that can be applied to bare skin or over makeup. So easy to use, they don’t cake and often offer a blurring effect as an added bonus (this spring’s biggest makeup trend). They’re available at both specialty stores and mass-market retailers.
