Interparfums announces the acquisition of the Goutal brand, previously held by Amorepacific Europe. Amorepacific Europe will continue to license the brand for a limited period, before Interparfums takes over its development from 2026.
Founded in 1981 by Annick Goutal, the company has made a name for itself in the world of haute parfumerie with creations such as L’Eau d’Hadrien and Petite Chérie. Renowned for its expertise, it generates annual sales estimated at between 10 and 12 million euros.
“This acquisition is in line with our strategy of expanding into high-end perfumery,” emphasizes Philippe Benacin, CEO of Interparfums. Camille Goutal, daughter of the founder, will continue to be artistic director of olfactory creations, thus guaranteeing the continuity of the house’s DNA.
