
Organized by the French Society of Cosmetology and supported by major names in international cosmetics, the IFSCC 2025 congress, chaired by Dr. Christine Lafforgue, will be hosted at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes from September 15 to 18.
The event is expected to welcome over 1,000 participants, who will have the privilege of attending 68 selected conferences and exploring 650 posters presented by international experts over 3 days, focusing on 3 key topics:
• Skin and hair health and well-being
• Holistic sciences
• Diversity and personalization
Almost 1,200 submissions were received by the scientific committee with 55% coming from Asia, 32% from Europe and 13% from Americas.
Prof. Thierry Passeron, Prof. David Sander, Prof. Marc-André Selosse, Prof. Jin Qu, Prof. Nina Jablonski and Dr Anke Hadasch will each introduce one of the scientific half-days of the congress, following the ‘out of the box’ morning sessions by Paul Matt, Gilles Bœuf and Luc Julia, designed to inspire unconventional thinking and explore the unexpected as a source of creativity for cosmetology.
On September 15, a workshops’ day led by specialists will precede the 3 official days of the congress. Each session will provide participants with cutting-edge insights to enhance their work. Places are limited.
Finally, a dedicated area will host some thirty exhibitors showcasing their services and technologies.
