Spate has just published its report “French TikTok Trends – October 2025,” which analyzes the most dynamic beauty trends on the platform in France. The company combed through a large number of keywords and hashtags. The results? Spate highlighted the most popular trends among French women.

This study is based on the analysis of 900 billion search signals, 150 million TikTok posts, and 50 million Instagram posts.

Skincare

According to Spate, skincare trends on TikTok France combine innovative formulas with holistic rituals. Users are embracing ingredients that focus on repairing the skin barrier and hydration, such as panthenol (+338.1% growth in views in one year) and centella asiatica (+263.2%).
Nourishing formats such as moisturizers (+2,000%) and collagen masks (+218.9%) also dominate conversations, while interest in targeted areas (neck creams, lip serums, eye contours) reflects a growing adoption of multi-step routines.
For Spate, this dynamic “reflects a search for personalized rituals, where skincare becomes an extension of daily well-being.”

Makeup

When it comes to makeup, French designers are focusing on a more assertive aesthetic, centered on perfect complexion, defined lips, and XXL lashes.
Hashtags related to “92i makeup” (a style inspired by the 2010s and the eponymous music label) have grown by more than 20,000% in one year.
The trends for bratz lips (+9.8K%) and lip stain (1.8 million weekly views, +158%) show the popularity of very defined lips.
