This means using practical packaging that is easy to handle and pleasant to use. “Consumers integrate certain products into their routines, and when faced with two similar options, they prefer the more practical one. To anchor themselves in these repeated uses, brands need to rethink their products by adopting a logic of integrated convenience.”
