A major gathering for regulatory affairs specialists, compliance departments and decision-makers, the event will welcome 400 professionals who will analyse the new regulatory frameworks, share their experiences and identify ways to adapt. This Regulatory Congress is an essential observatory of regulatory changes that have a lasting impact on companies in the sector.

When regulation becomes a strategic issue

From ANSES to the European Commission, via the DGCCRF, ARPP and the Directorate-General of Customs, all the regulatory authorities will be present to engage in direct dialogue with manufacturers. This rare gathering reflects the growing importance of regulatory issues in a sector worth several billion euros.

“Cosmetics companies today have to navigate an increasingly complex regulatory environment, between stricter European constraints and divergent international requirements,” explains COSMED, a professional association representing cosmetics companies in France.

Beyond the interventions of the authorities, the congress will address the daily issues faced by manufacturers with expert analyses on risk analysis control in Good Manufacturing Practices, securing environmental claims in the face of a strengthened legal framework, and an overview of international inspection feedback. An operational programme to transform regulatory constraints into levers for competitiveness.
