The Fragrance & Cosmetics Congress, held annually in Chartres (France) under the auspices of Cosmetic Valley, needs no introduction. For its 24th edition, on 18 and 20 November 2026, we can expect to see some familiar faces amongst the speakers and the most topical themes being explored during the sessions.

As it does every year, the Conference will be committed to helping participants stay up to date on the regulations that affect them, engage with their regulatory authorities, and reconnect with their peers.
On the agenda: two days of presentations, available in person or remotely, with simultaneous translation into English, for nearly 650 participants from about 15 countries.

Among the speakers

As usual, the FEBEA team will be in attendance, notably for its highly anticipated question-and-answer session, which traditionally closes the Congress.
Regulatory authorities (Sandrine Charles and Élodie Lontsi from ANSES, as well as representatives from Bureau 5B—Health Products, Health Services, and Personal Care Services—of the DGCCRF) will present an overview of their work and inspections.
Also headlining the event are Isabelle Orquevaux Hary and Françoise Audebert, who will moderate the first day; Aurélie Perrichet, representing IFRA; George Manikas (from DG Grow); and Gerald Renner (from Cosmetics Europe), who will discuss the latest developments in European regulations.
