Unilever integrates AI into its content creation

Unilever intègre l'IA dans sa création de contenus

The manufacturer has announced that it is using a new technology combining AI, physics, data and materials science to accelerate the creation of quality product images while reducing costs. Thanks to “digital twins”, precise digital replicas of its products, image production is now twice as fast and 50% less costly.

“This technology, integrating tools such as Real-Time 3D and Nvidia Omniverse, enables faithful reproduction of products with a high level of realism. It improves efficiency by reducing duplication of effort and enabling content to be created for a variety of media, from digital to e-commerce, at increased speed,” explains Unilever.

Cosmetics brands such as TRESemmé, Dove and Vaseline have already integrated this technology, achieving savings of 55% and production times reduced by 65%. “The results show an increase in user engagement, with image retention time (the time people spend looking at an image before moving on) three times longer and click-through rates doubled,” the group continues.
