
For the past 14 years, consultancy firm OC&C has been polling consumers around the world to find out which brands they prefer to visit according to certain criteria. The 2025 edition of this study gives pride of place to cosmetics brands in the French ranking.
To carry out this study, OC&C surveyed over 48,000 consumers worldwide, inviting them to rate the retailers they visited according to several key criteria (price, range, service, etc.), in order to establish a ranking of over 550 retailers.
Since 2010, 67 million evaluations have been collected.

For France, OC&C has produced 12 thematic rankings in the form of top 10s.
