
Founded in 2025 by several brands from the cosmetics and detergent sectors and a dedicated scientific committee, the Les Imperturbables collective now brings together six stakeholders committed to reducing public exposure to endocrine disruptors. Alongside SVR, Le Rouge Français, Salveco, Yodi, and Lazartigue, Spring founder Laure Favre discusses the origins of this alliance, its ambitions, and how Les Imperturbables can contribute to driving change.
CosmeticOBS: How did the Les Imperturbables collective come about?
Laure Favre: Les Imperturbables was born out of a shared observation: the need to take concrete action in the face of a major public health issue. Endocrine disruptors have been known since the 1960s, and their impact on fertility, development, and certain hormone-dependent diseases is now proven, yet they remain largely unregulated.
That is why we wanted to bring together brands that share the same commitment to safety and the same desire to change practices. The collective was co-founded in early 2025 by four players: SVR, Le Rouge Français, Salveco, and Spring, since joined by Yodi and Lazartigue.
We work with scientists to strengthen our knowledge, improve our formulations, and offer products that are free of endocrine disruptors. The goal is twofold: to educate the general public and to inspire more virtuous practices within our respective industries. Our ambition is to become a reference on this subject, promoting a healthier environment.
